Section 01 General Terms and Conditions

Sixs Bet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online betting and gaming platform operating under the domain sixsbet.pro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between Sixs Bet and its users ("you" or "member").

By registering on the Sixs Bet platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use Sixs Bet.

These Terms were originally written for Bangladeshi users in plain, accessible language. However, for legal purposes, the English version shall be considered the definitive version.

Section 02 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services at Sixs Bet:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Holding multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in your country of residence.
• You must not be on any prohibited list or subject to any legal restriction.

As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, Sixs Bet may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the Sixs Bet support team immediately.

Section 03 Deposit & Payment Policy

Sixs Bet supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Currently accepted methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, and select cryptocurrencies.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
• Sixs Bet does not charge any service fees or commission on deposits.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–3 minutes.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods registered in someone else's name are not accepted.

If a payment is stuck or does not credit to your account, please contact the Sixs Bet support team. Providing the transaction reference number along with a description of the issue will help us resolve it faster.

Section 04 Withdrawal Policy & Process

Withdrawing funds from Sixs Bet is subject to certain conditions and procedures. Sixs Bet is committed to making the withdrawal process fast and hassle-free.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, though bank transfers may take 2–3 business days.
• Wagering requirements for the relevant bonus must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

Section 05 Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

Sixs Bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including a welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before accepting.

• Every bonus offer comes with wagering requirements that must be fulfilled.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe after claiming a bonus.
• It may not be possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Sixs Bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent use is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Section 06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Sixs Bet. All bets are settled in accordance with these guidelines.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out option is available).
• Sixs Bet reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed, bet settlement will follow the specific policy for the relevant sport.
• Sixs Bet is not responsible for any issues arising from network delays during live betting.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.

Sixs Bet is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent betting environment. Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised with the support team within 48 hours.

Section 07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sixs Bet. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — using a bonus solely for the purpose of withdrawing funds.
• Using another person's credit card, bank account, or mobile banking to make transactions.
• System manipulation through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward other members or staff.
• Contacting others while impersonating Sixs Bet or representing yourself as affiliated with Sixs Bet.

Section 08 Account Closure & Suspension

Sixs Bet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false documents.
• Extended inactivity on the account (generally 12 months).
• Court order or legal obligation.
• Account closure at the member's own request.

Members may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, the existing balance (excluding bonuses) will be available for withdrawal, subject to applicable conditions.

Section 09 Responsible Gaming

Sixs Bet believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly and are committed to providing the support needed.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a given time period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break ranging from 1 day to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclusion options available from 6 months up to 5 years.

Sixs Bet enforces strict age verification measures to prevent underage gambling. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software on any devices accessible to minors.

Section 10 Contact, Dispute Resolution & Amendments

Sixs Bet is committed to resolving any member complaints or disputes promptly and fairly.

• Please first submit your complaint to our support team via live chat or email.
• General issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.
• Complex disputes may take up to 14 business days to resolve.
• If you are not satisfied with a decision made by Sixs Bet, third-party mediation is available.

When these Terms and Conditions are updated, Sixs Bet will notify members via email or platform notification. The effective date of any changes will be clearly stated.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Sixs Bet's failure to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
